The leadership structure in a nonprofit organization is designed to provide effective governance, strategic direction, and operational oversight.

Here are a few reasons why a well-defined leadership structure is important:

1. Clear Roles and Responsibilities

2. Strategic Direction: Nonprofit Organization

3. Decision-Making and Accountability

4. Resource Management

5. Stakeholder Relationships (Donors, Sponsors, Volunteers)

6. Continuity and Succession Planning

7. Collectivist Culture: Asian Values

A clear and well-structured leadership system in a nonprofit helps foster effective governance, strategic planning, decision-making, and accountability. It supports the MADA organization in achieving its mission, maximizing impact, and maintaining stakeholder trust.
